Registration

Please register below. Cost is due before first team meeting or tryout. You can register for either Fall or Spring for the following programs:

  • Adult Soccer

  • Youth Soccer

The fee for each program is $40. SPECIAL DISCOUNT FOR THE NEW SEASON - $70 FOR TWO PLAYERS. CONTACT US FOR THE DISCOUNT USING THE LINK BELOW, OR CALL (623) 444-2952. By putting a check mark in the medical waiver box below, parent or guardian assumes all risk of injury to their child and acknowledges that GPY Sports does not provide medical insurance; parent or guardian is responsible for his/her child's medical costs.
